The highly anticipated Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley will welcome its first arrivals in early spring 2021 in the heart of California’s famed wine region. The first Four Seasons in New Orleans, the property will debut in the heart of the city as Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans. Within the World Trade Center, the new Four Seasons will be located next to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, financial center, French Quarter, and Warehouse District, with clear views of both the city and the Mississippi River.

Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, Mexico is located on Mexico's Pacific Coast, Costalegre aka “Joy Coast." JUST ANNOUNCED: MALLORCA
Four Seasons is expanding in Spain with a seaside resort on the Mediterranean. Mallorca’s Hotel Formentor will undergo extensive renovations before being unveiled as a Four Seasons in 2023.
Originally opened in 1929, the existing hotel will undergo extensive renovations before unveiled as a Four Seasons experience in 2023. The property will offer 110 rooms and suites and is located on a 1,200 hectare (3,000 acre) plot of the Formentor Peninsula, offering access to a pristine beach, as well as a functioning vineyard a short five-minute drive away.
Located an hour away from Palma de Mallorca Airport, the upcoming Four Seasons in Mallorca will offer something for everyone through its extensive culinary offerings, relaxing spa facilities and exclusive seaside activities as one of the only properties in the area with direct beach access.
JUST ANNOUNCED: PUGLIA
Expanding our presence in Italy, Four Seasons will arrive in Puglia on the southern coast. Look forward to a brand-new beachside resort, just a short drive from the historic town of Ostuni.
Located on pristine beachfront property, the upcoming Four Seasons property in Puglia will comprise 150 rooms and suites. The exclusive seaside location will offer guests views of the Adriatic Sea and direct beach access, along with easy accessibility to the nearby historic town of Ostuni and countless other attractions in the region.
Puglia makes up the heel of Italy’s “boot” and is home to ancient towns with rich histories, national parks, soaring mountains, exceptional food and wine, pristine beaches and a Mediterranean climate. Ostuni, the local city a short drive from the Resort, is also known as the “White City” for its white-washed houses and buildings carved into the cliffside, medieval streets, and its 15th-century Gothic cathedral.
